1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and KOPCA Mobile governing your use of the All Recipes mobile application (“All Recipes,” the “App,” or the “Service”). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy and Nutrition & Health Disclaimer are incorporated by reference to the extent applicable to your use of the App.
2. What All Recipes provides
All Recipes provides recipe discovery and organization, meal planning, personalized planning inputs, Diet Journey features, pantry and grocery tools, cooking notes, nutrition estimates, weight/progress tools and related utilities. Some features are free and some require an active Premium entitlement.
Features, recipes, tool availability and Premium benefits may evolve over time. We may add, modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, security, legal or operational reasons, subject to applicable consumer law and store rules.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, use the App only with any consent/supervision required by law.
Nutrition and weight-management functions are not a substitute for medical care. Minors, pregnant or breastfeeding users, and users with medical conditions, allergies, eating-disorder history or medication-related dietary needs should seek qualified professional guidance before relying on nutrition or weight-management features.
4. License to use the App
Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store usage rules, KOPCA Mobile grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use All Recipes on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, scrape the App at scale, interfere with security, misuse the Service, or use the App in violation of law, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Local data and device responsibility
All Recipes does not require a KOPCA Mobile user account for its core features. Much of your profile, plan, pantry, saved recipe, note, shopping and progress data is stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device access controls and backups. Clearing app storage, resetting a device or uninstalling the App may remove locally stored information. KOPCA Mobile is not responsible for local-data loss caused by device failure, uninstall, operating-system behavior or third-party backup settings, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Premium subscriptions and purchases
All Recipes may offer Premium access through in-app subscriptions or other in-app products made available by Apple App Store or Google Play. The exact products, billing periods, prices, trial/introductory terms and included features are shown in the purchase screen and store checkout before you confirm a purchase.
Automatic renewal
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically at the applicable price and billing period unless you cancel through the store before the renewal takes effect. The store controls the final charge timing, taxes, currency and renewal mechanics.
Trials and introductory offers
If a trial or introductory offer is available, eligibility and duration are determined by the applicable app store. Unless cancelled before conversion/renewal as stated in the offer, the subscription may automatically convert to the then-disclosed paid subscription.
Managing and cancelling
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. Deleting or uninstalling All Recipes does not cancel a subscription.
Payments, refunds and billing disputes
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by KOPCA Mobile. Refunds, charge reversals and billing remedies are governed by the applicable store rules and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer refund or cancellation right.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, track entitlements and restore Premium access. RevenueCat is not the payment-card processor. See the Privacy Policy for data details.
7. Free access, limits and Premium gates
Free features may include limits on plan days, replacements, generations, previews or other functionality. Premium may unlock additional features or higher limits. These limits are part of the App’s product design and may be enforced on-device and through purchase-entitlement checks.
Attempting to bypass Premium gates, manipulate local data or repeatedly reset/reinstall the App for the purpose of evading access limits is not permitted.
8. Recipes, nutrition calculations and generated plans
Recipe instructions, nutrition values, calorie/macro estimates, portion scaling, suggested substitutions, Planner results, Diet Journey results, grocery quantities, package estimates, weight-progress projections and similar outputs are informational tools. They may contain errors, omissions or assumptions and are not guaranteed to be complete or suitable for you.
You are responsible for checking ingredients, serving sizes, labels, cooking conditions and whether a recipe or plan is appropriate for your needs. See the Nutrition & Health Disclaimer for important safety limitations.
9. Allergies, intolerances and food safety
All Recipes may help filter or flag ingredients based on your selections, but it cannot guarantee that any recipe, product, ingredient, substitution or meal is allergen-free or safe for a particular medical condition. Ingredient databases and labels can change, cross-contact can occur, and user-entered information may be incomplete.
Always verify current product labels and manufacturer information and use appropriate food-safety practices. If you have a serious allergy or medically required diet, rely on qualified professional guidance rather than the App alone.
10. No medical service or professional relationship
All Recipes is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The App does not create a doctor-patient, dietitian-client or other professional healthcare relationship. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
11. Third-party services and app stores
The App relies on third-party platforms and SDKs, including Apple, Google Play, Google/Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat and network/infrastructure providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
Availability may be affected by device compatibility, internet connectivity, store outages, provider changes or regional restrictions outside KOPCA Mobile’s reasonable control.
12. Intellectual property
Except for third-party/open-source materials and content used under applicable rights or licenses, the App’s software, design, branding, arrangement, original text and related materials are owned by or licensed to KOPCA Mobile and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.
13. Availability, updates and maintenance
We may provide updates to improve reliability, compatibility, security, content or legal compliance. Some features may require an updated App or supported operating-system version. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. KOPCA Mobile does not warrant that every recipe, nutrition value, plan, weight projection, ingredient classification, substitution, availability estimate or tool output will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
Mandatory warranties and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KOPCA Mobile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the App, including losses caused by reliance on recipe/nutrition estimates, local-data loss, third-party service interruption or user failure to verify allergens and food safety.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes non-waivable.
16. Suspension or termination
We may restrict access to the App or particular functions if reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful use, store-policy compliance or material violation of these Terms. Store subscriptions remain subject to the store’s billing/cancellation rules.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, law, business model or third-party requirements change. We will update the date above and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the App and manage any active subscription through your app-store account.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country of residence remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be waived.
19. Apple App Store users
If you downloaded All Recipes from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom EULA is provided through App Store Connect. These Terms govern KOPCA Mobile’s Service terms and do not reduce rights or obligations imposed by Apple’s applicable store terms.
